The infinity pool areas offered stunning views of the ocean, with plenty of comfortable chairs and attentive staff ensuring everything was kept clean and enjoyable. Dining poolside was a highlight, especially with the delicious hot sandwich wraps and fresh fries. However, the exposed bathroom design lacks privacy and the elevator configuration is inconvenient, requiring two separate lifts to reach guest rooms from the lobby.

Unfortunately, the rooms feel outdated, with visible staining on the sheets and a dirty bathtub that was a letdown for a hotel at this level. AC issues persisted during the stay, with one room leaking water, creating puddles on the floor, which could be hazardous, especially for those with kids. The deposit refund process also seemed slow, significant enough that it left a less-than-stellar impression on my checkout experience.

the jw marriott offered a fantastic stay. the room was beautiful, with a partial ocean view and all the amenities I needed. the pool area is great for relaxation. the staff was super attentive, especially at the spa, which is open 24/7. A real standout was the breakfast buffet. excellent value!
